Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using I Love Puzzle (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For questions: support@ilovepuzzle.com.

Account and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

AI generation

Features that create puzzle images using AI are subject to technical limits, acceptable-use rules, and third-party provider terms. You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may throttle, suspend, or remove outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law.

User content

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you upload. To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with providing and improving the Service (including allowing others to play puzzles you choose to share).

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing activity;
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Service at scale without permission, or interfere with other users;
  • Upload malware or misuse our infrastructure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, subscriptions, and one-time purchases may be processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the fees shown at checkout. Prices, features, and renewal terms are described on the pricing page and at purchase. Taxes may apply.

Currently we offer a Pro subscription and a one-time AI Credits Pack:

  • Pro — $5.99/month: 24 AI generations per week (64 per month), unlimited image uploads, unlimited daily peek hints, ad-free experience, 8% discount on physical puzzle orders, priority support (replies within 24 hours), and cancel anytime.
  • AI Credits Pack — $2.99 (one-time): 20 additional AI image generations added to your allowance; credits never expire and do not require a subscription.

Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; the new price applies on your next renewal date. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds & Returns

  • Digital subscriptions (Pro): You may request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase date. After that window, refunds may be prorated for unused time at our discretion.
  • AI generation credit packs: Non-refundable once any credit has been used.
  • Physical puzzles: Custom-printed products are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Report issues within fourteen (14) days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
  • Subscription cancellation: Cancel anytime via your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Shipping Policy

We ship physical puzzle orders from production partners. Shipping details:

  • Production time: 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Shipping time: 3–10 business days depending on destination.
  • Coverage: We currently ship to North America (US, Canada), Europe, and select Asia-Pacific countries. Other regions may be available on request.
  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping on orders over $50 (puzzle subtotal).
  • Customs and duties:International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
  • Lost or damaged shipments:If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date for replacement or refund (see Refunds & Returns section).
  • Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, notify our designated agent at kevintang2020@gmail.com with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • The location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service (for example, a URL);
  • Your contact information;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed or disabled because of a notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notification to the same address with identification of the removed material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the Ontario provincial courts, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we must comply with law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where feasible).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Love Puzzle and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. The courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protections.
