• Commerce and delivery data — when you purchase subscriptions, credit packs, or physical puzzles (for example, billing details, order history, shipping address, and phone number).

• Provide, host, and improve the puzzle experience you request;
• Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse;
• Process payments, fulfill orders, and send transactional messages;
• Maintain security, debug issues, and understand aggregate usage trends;
• Deliver and measure advertising on free-tier experiences where applicable.

These providers act as processors (or sub-processors) and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing except as described in their own policies (for example, ad personalization by Google AdSense).

We do not sell personal information. AdSense uses cookies for ad personalization — users can opt out via Google Ads Settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@ilovepuzzle.com. We may need to verify your request.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account-related data is generally kept while your account is active; some logs may be retained for a shorter or longer period for security and operations.

Children's privacy

The Service is directed to users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete the account and associated personal information promptly. International transfers

I Love Puzzle is operated from Ontario, Canada, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies to our handling of personal information.

European users: If GDPR applies to you, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.

California users: If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Data may be processed in the United States (for example, Stripe and Google), the European Union (for example, Vercel), Singapore (for example, Supabase regions), and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
